Growing up is never easy as one might put it but it is necessary for you. Since turning 21 life has become somewhat of a downward spiral and i have myself to blame for that. It's funny how life at 21 is about making decisions that will impact on your today and tomorow and many of us don't realise that up until it is late.
My experiences over the weekend showed my studpidity and were an eye-opening experience for me. Slowly but surely my behaviour of not doing good(sleeping with crazy ex's, not sleeping at home, going on a drinking spree) is finally caught up with me
My mother gave me a lecture(she's never given me a lecture except in matric) about my behaviour. What was worse about the lecture is that she was calm as hell and not shouting or screaming and i have to say that scared more than anything else. Her words send a chill down my spine and i regeretted what i had done over the weekend.
In her exact words''a nkere so le motho o moholo, ke tlo ho disowna ke ho tlhohele''. These words have been haunting me ever since and i simply can't forget them.
In all honestly, i feel scared of what might happen if she does disown me, but i'm trying to be positive of this whole situation and probably i'm blowing this whole thing out of proportion. Maybe this might be a learning experience and perhaps pressure for me to accountable for my action or maybe not.
